Booking Policies


1. You must sanitize your hands at the entrance before entering the salon. Hand sanitizer will be provided.

2. Please choose to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling and showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or feeling ill.

A deposit fee is required for the appointment to be confirmed.

The deposit is non-refundable.


  • Cancellation must be done 48 hours before your appointment. 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • Call us at (514) 582-6172 if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late so that I can advise you on whether to attend your appointment.

  • A 15-minute late arrival and late cancellations are considered as a no-show and the deposit fee will be forfeited.


1. Prices listed on my booking page are starting prices only.

2. Payments are non-refundable.

3. Prices depend on the service and what type of hair you have.

*Type of hair ( Curly, Straight, thick, thin, short, long etc )


1. Do not wash your hair on the day of your appointment. 

2. Depending on the goal of the coloring service and your hair type, it may take longer than the estimated time on my booking page.
